Deposit fulfillment-day emails
Depositors now receive an automatic email on the fulfillment day of a deposit campaign, with a link to finalize their order. Vendors can turn these emails off per deposit group.
The deposit reservation flow shipped earlier, reminding the vendor four days before the available date to update the product's final price options. We have now closed the loop on the shopper side: on the fulfillment day itself, each depositor receives an email with a list of available price options for the product and a "Finalize your order" link that takes them straight to the product page, so their deposit auto-applies as credit at checkout.
If a vendor/farmer wants to handle communication themselves, the Orders → Deposits view now shows a toggle at the top of each expanded deposit group ("Email depositors on fulfillment day") that turns these emails off for that group.
What changed
Fulfillment-day email to depositors
On the available date of a deposit campaign, depositors receive an automatic email with a link to complete their order. The subject leads with the vendor name and the product, e.g. "Acme Farm — Your turkey is now available". The job runs once daily and skips depositors who have already been emailed or already finalized.
Vendor toggle per deposit group
A toggle at the top of each deposit group in Orders → Deposits ("Email depositors on fulfillment day") controls whether these emails are sent. Default is on.
