Customer labels PDF in the pickup-sheet email

The pickup-sheet email now includes a second customer PDF in label format. Each label is a bordered card laid out 2-up per page, with the customer's name, items, pickup date, location name, and total — same content as the existing list-format customer-orders sheet, similiar to what you can print from the vendor order dashboard.
