Tangaza v2.0 Launch

Small Farm Ecommerce Just Got Easier

In the stressed soil of 2021, a seed took root.

A mission to give small farmers a robust, reliable digital sales channel germinated.

A Seedling

Over the years, Tangaza's roots have grown slowly, and its stems have gotten a little stronger. Last year leaves emerged, creating a developing seasonal and year-round CSA management system. This year more unfurling around our deposit reservation system, which better handles the complexity of Thanksgiving turkey orders.

Tangaza continues to evolve. Today the new version of Tangaza was released — transplanted into the fresh loamy digital soil of 2026, this new version is the start of a great growth spurt.

See it live

You can browse an online farm store running on the new Tangaza here: Bull City Farm.

Behind the storefront, farmers get a redesigned management dashboard for products, orders, customers, and pickups.

We need your help

Just like any transplant, a little shock is possible — so we need your help.

If you're a shopper or farmer using Tangaza and you notice anything unusual, just click the help button in the bottom-right corner, or the contact button, and let us know what's not working right. Your feedback will help our young website mature well.

What's next

Starting in May, we'll send monthly newsletters that take a closer look at the new features, and explain how they make buying from local farmers simpler for shoppers and selling easier for farmers.

We thoroughly enjoy serving the North Carolina small farm community and are excited about all the amazing things we will build to grow it.
